Which Offense Has the Edge in Super Bowl LVIII? Chiefs or 49ers?

Offensive Line: San Francisco 49ers
I'm looking at this through two lenses: the 49ers and Chiefs have dominant offensive lines, but the 49ers have the edge in two categories. One, they have the better star talent, as Trent Williams is arguably the best offensive lineman in all of football, and two, they are healthier. Chiefs OG Joe Thuney is injured, and Andy Reid views him as a long shot to play on Sunday. McCaffrey makes the offensive linemen's lives easier, but they are entering Sunday in a better place.
Quarterback: Kansas City Chiefs
Come on now, no one is better than Patrick Mahomes. As great as Brock Purdy's story has been, rising from being selected as Mr. Irrelevant to an opportunity amid injuries to the guys ahead of him on the depth chart, he isn't anywhere near Mahomes's level. Putting Purdy in the same conversation as Mahomes would be disrespectful to Mahomes's greatness in this league. I believe that Kyle Shanahan's offensive scheme maximizes Purdy's talents. While that is no disrespect to what Purdy has done, it will be interesting to see what Chiefs' defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo has up his sleeve to make Purdy uncomfortable.
Super Bowl Props:
Brock Purdy O/U: 246.5 Passing Yards; 1.5 Touchdowns
Patrick Mahomes O/U: 262.5 Passing Yards, 1.5 Touchdowns
Running Back: San Francisco 49ers
There are few running backs in football that I enjoy watching more than Isiah Pacheco, but one of those running backs is Christian McCaffrey. CMC is the anchor of this elite 49ers' offense, as his dual-threat abilities have the potential to change the game every time he touches the ball. His Super Bowl MVP odds reflect his importance, as he has the best odds of any non-quarterback in the game, sitting at a staggering -240 to score a touchdown. I am excited to see how Pacheco fares against this 49ers' front after Aaron Jones and David Montgomery found success running the ball this postseason. Still, CMC will be the most dangerous player not named Mahomes on the field this Sunday.
Super Bowl Props:
Christian McCaffrey O/U: 91.5 Rushing Yards; Anytime TD (-240)
Isiah Pacheco O/U: 67.5 Rushing Yards; Anytime TD (-130)
Wide Receiver: San Francisco 49ers
I'd put Rashee Rice up against Deebo Samuel or Brandon Aiyuk any day of the week individually. I believe Rice truly is that talented, but the thing is, it's just Rice. The Chiefs have a couple of serviceable wide receivers, but none of those guys are game-changers. If someone besides Rice made a big play on Sunday, in all likelihood, it would be because Mahomes made an epic throw, not because someone like Marquez Valdes-Scantling made a big catch. The way Deebo and Aiyuk operate in Shanahan's offense is a spectacle, so they deserve the edge here as a tandem.
Super Bowl Props:
Deebo Samuel O/U: 59.5 Receiving Yards; Anytime TD (+140)
Brandon Aiyuk O/U: 63.5 Receiving Yards; Anytime TD (+155)
Rashee Rice O/U: 67.5 Receiving Yards; Anytime TD (+140)
Marquez Valdes-Scantling O/U: 19.5 Receiving Yards; Anytime TD (+550)
Tight End: Kansas City Chiefs
Travis Kelce and George Kittle are two of the best tight ends in this league, but Kelce deserves the edge. Mahomes throwing him the ball helps, but no one is picking Kittle between the two. After not looking great in the final weeks of the regular season, Kelce has turned it on over these past two weeks, combining for three touchdowns and coming off of an 11-reception game against the Ravens. The 49ers and Chiefs have a strong group of safeties and linebackers capable of defending Kelce and Kittle, but I'll gladly put my money on Kelce being a difference-maker.
Super Bowl Props:
George Kittle O/U: 47.5 Receiving Yards; Anytime TD (+180)
Travis Kelce O/U: 71.5 Receiving Yards; Anytime TD (+100)
