1. Louisville Cardinals: 26 Total Transfer Commits
Louisville sits atop our list with 26 total commits ahead of the 2024 campaign.
Head coach Jeff Brohm will have former Crimson Tide receiver Ja'Corey Brooks at his disposal, after Nick Saban hung up his clipboard.
Who will be throwing him the ball is another questions altogether. It looks like it will be Texas Tech transfer Tyler Shough, as FanDuel has his Heisman odds at +10000.
Will Shough crack our Top-30 College Football QBs list?
Prime Paves the College Football Transfer Path
Coach Prime has revolutionized utilizing the transfer portal. The rest of NCAA Football is finally starting to do something few could do when Deion Sanders was returning kicks and picks for TDs: catch up.
Colorado's head coach has made it cool to be a Buffaloe, and with a 20% increase in interest in attendance from last year, Sanders has set the bar very high. According to Olivia Doak of Daily Camera, U of Colorado Boulder will have a record-breaking 68,000 new applicants this year.
Where does that land Sanders on the number of new transfer portal commits? Let's find out.

5. Marshall Thundering Herd: 21 Total Transfer Commits
With a National Championship (+100000) in the realm of impossibility, the Herd will take their shot at a Sun Belt title. Head coach Charles Huff will try to jump start the passing game with WRs, Tychaun Chapman out of North Carolina and former Ole Miss Rebel Bralon Brown.
Does Marshall have a QB in our Top-5 Spring Football Rankings at the position?
T-3. Arizona State Sun Devils: 22 Total Transfer Commits
Head coach Kenny Dillingham really has his work cut out for him after the move to the Big 12. The Sun Devils will need nearly all its 22 commits to overachieve heavily. That includes diminutive WR Raleek Brown, who was rarely used by Caleb Williams at USC last year.
Arizona State sits at +10000 to take the conference, near the bottom of the board at FanDuel.
On the other hand, Williams (-2000) will go No. 1 in the NFL Draft, barring something unforeseeable of epic proportions.
Will the former USC pivot be protected by one of our Top-12 Pre-Draft Ranked O-Linemen?
T-3. Texas A&M Aggies: 22 Total Transfer Commits
A 'transfer' in his own right, Duke's 2023 head coach Mike Elko was named Aggies head coach back in November. He will have 22 total commits, including Stanford transfer EJ Smith pounding the rock. Elko will need all the help he can get rising above in a stacked SEC.
FanDuel has the Aggies as the eighth favorite on the conference futures board at +2000.

2. Colorado Buffaloes: 24 Total Transfer Commits
Sanders will have a lot of new faces for the 2024 season. His Buffalos rank second with 24 total commits, including former LSU EDGE Tiger Quency Wiggins and offensive lineman Tyler Johnson out of Houston. Former TCU wideout Cordale Russell will also draw plenty of attention in Colorado.
FanDuel has the Buffs win total set at 5.5 with the over at -115 and under at -105.
Whether this Colorado team will look more like the squad that started 3-0 and upset Russell's former team or the one that stumbled to a 1-8 finish remains to be seen. But rest assured, people are indeed watching.
