Bonus: The Defense Remains Ferocious
It's hard to be anything but impressed with the defensive effort the Steelers have given through two weeks. The Steelers' defensive line was a force, and Cory Trice Jr. recorded his first career interception in the secondary. The offense might not strike fear into you, but this defense certainly does.

Justin Fields Does Enough Again
If you look at the box scores and judge a player with that, you probably wouldn't be overly impressed with Justin Fields's stat lines through two games. If that's all you're doing, you're looking at this from the completely wrong lens. Fields hasn't turned the football over in two starts and is doing everything asked of him as the Steelers QB1. The numbers would look even better if you factor in multiple negated deep ball completions that were taken off the board because of dumb penalties. Fields continues to earn the starter's reps in Pittsburgh, and if he continues to play like this, it's hard to see that changing.
Mike Tomlin Continues Dominating Rookie QBs
If you're a rookie quarterback in the NFL, the last thing you want to see across from you is a Mike Tomlin-coached Pittsburgh Steelers team. Tomlin and the Steelers continue to find ways to pick up victories against first-year signal-callers, and that was no different on Sunday in Denver vs. Bo Nix. The Steelers defense didn't give Nix and company any momentum to go off, and the Broncos couldn't muster up much offense for most of the four quarters.
Broderick Jones Struggles Continue
Broderick Jones is the biggest concern on the Steelers offensive line through two weeks. The former Georgia first-round pick has hit the struggle bus in his first two games this year, highlighted by three penalties in Week 2 against the Denver Broncos. There will be some growing pains with young players on the offensive line, but Jones looks lost out there right now. It will be interesting to see what the Steelers coaches have planned for Jones while he tries to get back on track in his development.

Zach Frazier Looks Like Steelers Next Star Center
It's no secret that the Steelers want to run the football at a high clip this season. With multiple youngsters present on their offensive line, we needed to see some early growth from these players, and the one that's standing out is center Zach Frazier. It's been challenging to find any flaws with how Frazier has played through his first two starts, and all signs point to the Steelers having found their next great center. Let's see how he continues to develop in this offense moving forward.
Don't Forget About the Importance of Jaylen Warren
Although Najee Harris led the backfield for the second week in a row for the Pittsburgh Steelers, it was noteworthy that the team found ways to get Jaylen Warren more involved in the passing game. There's room for both of these running backs to eat in an Arthur Smith run-heavy offense, and we're starting to see that approach come to fruition after two games.
