Bears vs Lions Thanksgiving: NFL Anytime Touchdown Best Bets

Thanksgiving Football kicks off at 12:30 p.m. ET in the Motor City with an NFC North clash between the Detroit Lions and Chicago Bears, so here are the top touchdown props you need to look out for in the game.
Jahmyr Gibbs (-180) or David Montgomery (-170)?
More times than not, we’ll tout David Montgomery to score over Jahmyr Gibbs, but this week, we have to tout Gibbs. Montgomery is banged up, and on a short week, I’m not confident in the turnaround he can make to be fully ready to go for Thursday. He’ll still see touches, but Gibbs could run away with more carries, as he totaled 21 on Sunday. He’s combined for 11 touchdowns, but instead of betting him straight up, pair him to score and rush for at least 60 yards as he’s done in ten straight games for a +105 parlay. Additionally, he’s worth a sprinkle to score twice at +330, as he’s done three times this season.
Amon-Ra St. Brown (-110)
Put Amon-Ra St. Brown on your touchdown betting card, and don’t think twice about it. He’s scored in eight of the last nine games, and we’re getting him priced at just -110. Sometimes, the bets that look the easiest are the easiest to make.

D’Andre Swift (+180) or Roschon Johnson (+270)?
D’Andre Swift is a mortal lock to out-carry Roschon Johnson. However, if the ball is near the goal line, it’s going to Johnson. That was evident last week as Swift saw three carries, but Johnson finished with two carries, two yards, and a touchdown. Swift almost has to “luck" into a touchdown. At +270, we’ll make a small wager on Johnson to “luck" into a goal-line carry himself.
DJ Moore (+230) or Keenan Allen (+260)?
The Bears’ offense will be airing it out going forward, with Thomas Brown now behind the headset as the play-caller. I view DJ Moore and Keenan Allen equally, so I’ll favor the added value with Allen in the touchdown market. At +260, Allen is coming off a 14-target game where he ended up with nine catches and a touchdown, and we can envision the Bears’ offense throwing the ball plenty on Sunday as they’ll likely be playing catch up. The Lions’ secondary is not as great as many believe it is, so a garbage touchdown or two wouldn’t surprise me.
Longshot Potential?
On the Lions’ side, their offense is so consistent that it’s hard to find any longshot value. At +1000, Craig Reynolds could be a play if the Lions are leading big, and they use Reynolds to milk the clock and give their two starting running backs a rest, but he doesn’t have a touchdown to show for yet. Consider a wager on Brock Wright at +1000, as he has scored twice this season, lucking into two scores within the five-yard line. No one really stands out to me on the Bears’ side, but as a big longshot, I’d consider parlaying both Keenan Allen and DJ Moore for a +1150 wager.
Touchdown Same-Game Parlay (+255)
At +255, drop a parlay on Gibbs and St. Brown to score with the Lions to win. It’s as simple as that!
