Byron Leftwich hasn’t worked in the NFL since getting fired as OC with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in early 2023. However, he is drawing interest from around the league for multiple vacant head coaching jobs, but will the Raiders show interest in Leftwich?

Longtime Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll may perhaps return to the NFL as a head coach. It’s certainly possible but improbable. Carroll stepped down from the head coaching job in Seattle in 2023 but is now regaining momentum as a potential coaching candidate for multiple NFL teams.

Bobby Slowik has been great as the offensive coordinator with the Texans, at least he was last year. Aside from struggling a little this season, his Texans are still in the playoffs. He is a brilliant coach; the question is if he’s ready to take on the head coach role.
