WEEK 1: September 7, 2025 @ 1:00 p.m. ET – Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Atlanta Falcons
It's a tricky one right out of the gates for the Bucs as they travel to Atlanta to face the Falcons in Week 1. While Michael Penix Jr. shows some strides to kick off his sophomore season, Tampa's offense finds a game-winning drive in the fourth quarter to put themselves ahead for good and claim a crucial road divisional win to start the 2025 season.
Score: Buccaneers 27, Falcons 20
WEEK 2: September 15, 2025 @ 7:00 p.m. ET – Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Houston Texans
Things don't get any easier in Week 2 as a primetime date in Houston against the Texans awaits on Monday Night Football. Despite C.J. Stroud struggling to find footing in his second season, Houston's additions at offensive line aid their offense immensely as they torch the Bucs for 31 points en route to a home victory.
Score: Buccaneers 21, Texans 31
WEEK 3: September 21, 2025 @ 1:00 p.m. ET – New York Jets vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
At long last, the Bucs find their way under the Tampa sun in their home opener in Week 3, when the New York Jets visit Raymond James Stadium. New York's offense mightily struggles as they continue to adjust to life with Justin Fields, and the Bucs take full advantage in front of a buzzing home atmosphere to get off to a 2-1 start.
Score: Jets 9, Buccaneers 24
WEEK 4: September 28, 2025 @ 1:00 p.m. ET – Philadelphia Eagles vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Eagles and Buccaneers have rekindled their early 2000s rivalry in recent years, becoming one of the more entertaining non-divisional rivalries in the NFL as of late. In a classic shootout that steals the show during the Week 4 early slate, the Philadelphia Eagles come out on top in their trip to Tampa Bay.
WEEK 5: October 5, 2025 @ 4:05 p.m. ET – Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Seattle Seahawks
After a disastrous opening month in Seattle for newly-acquired Sam Darnold, head coach Mike Macdonald has no choice but to bench the veteran for flashy rookie Jalen Milroe ahead of their Week 5 matchup vs. Tampa Bay. While the second-round pick shows some flashes, it's not enough to keep up with Baker Mayfield's uber-efficient outing on the road.
WEEK 6: October 12, 2025 @ 1:00 p.m. ET – San Francisco 49ers vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
After a down year littered with injuries in 2024, the 49ers are back and undefeated as they head east to take on the Bucs. It's the first true butt-kicking that Tampa receives in the 2025 regular season as San Francisco slices through the Buccaneers' defense in a total shellacking in all three phases.
Score: 49ers 34, Buccaneers 13
WEEK 7: October 20, 2025 @ 7:00 p.m. ET – Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Detroit Lions
Bad turns to worse as Tampa realizes it faces a similar issue in 2025 as in 2024: They have little resistance against opponents via the air. Jared Goff and the Lions put on an absolute clinic at Ford Field with over 500 yards of offense as Tampa sinks below .500.
Score: Buccaneers 17, Lions 44
WEEK 8: October 26, 2025 @ 4:05 p.m. ET – Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. New Orleans Saints
A trip to New Orleans is not as scary as it used to be, as the Saints possess one of the worst rosters in the NFL. In a boring contest that the Bucs dominate, the Saints fail to find the end zone, and Tampa takes care of business to get back on track.
Score: Buccaneers 23, Saints 6
WEEK 9: BYE
With the trade deadline approaching, Tampa Bay is aggressively buying as it hunts for a piece to aid it in its secondary. Sitting at 4-4 midway through the season, general manager Jason Licht is pushing for a splash trade as the Bucs try to give this roster the boost it needs to truly compete in the NFC playoffs.
WEEK 10: November 9, 2025 @ 1:00 p.m. ET – New England Patriots vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Drake Maye's second-year leap continues into November as the Pats take on the Bucs for the first time since Tom Brady's infamous return to Foxboro. New England's signal-caller cements himself as their franchise quarterback with a stellar performance in an underdog victory at Raymond James Stadium.
Score: Patriots 24, Buccaneers 20
WEEK 11: November 16, 2024 @ 1:00 p.m. ET – Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Buffalo Bills
The uphill battle against the AFC continues as the Bucs travel north to take on the Bills in the cold climate. While Tampa can keep things interesting and hang within a possession for most of the contest, Buffalo pulls away late to clinch the victory.
Score: Buccaneers 16, Bills 30
WEEK 12: November 23, 2024 @ 8:20 p.m. ET – Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Los Angeles Rams
After stumbling to 4-6, things are looking dire for the Buccaneers. A Sunday Night Football showdown against the Rams on the West Coast becomes a borderline must-win spot, and Tampa comes up clutch. In their best performance of the season, Tampa's defense holds firm against Los Angeles as they grind out a gutsy victory under the lights.
Score: Buccaneers 24, Rams 14
WEEK 13: November 30, 2024 @ 1:00 p.m. ET – Arizona Cardinals vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Tampa defense's momentum continues as they take on a second consecutive NFC West opponent, the Arizona Cardinals, at home. While the offense does enough to get the job done, the defense steals the show with a touchdown and an elite showing in front of the home crowd. At 6-6, the Bucs are right back in the thick of the playoff picture.
Score: Cardinals 10, Buccaneers 30
WEEK 14: December 7, 2024 @ 1:00 p.m. ET – New Orleans Saints vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The streak reaches three games for Todd Bowles & Co. as the Bucs handle business at home to complete a season sweep of the Saints. With Atlanta coming to town on a short week for Thursday Night Football, it's one of the biggest matchups of the Baker Mayfield era in Tampa Bay with just 72 hours to prepare.
Score: Saints 12, Buccaneers 28
WEEK 15: December 11, 2024 @ 8:15 p.m. ET – Atlanta Falcons vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
In a revenge spot for last year's Thursday Night Football walk-off victory, the Bucs show up on primetime to take care of business for another divisional win. Their win streak extends to four games, putting them in great standing to take home the NFC South.
Score: Falcons 20, Buccaneers 31
WEEK 16: December 21, 2024 @ 1:00 p.m. ET – Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Carolina Panthers
A tricky road spot against a divisional rival, Bryce Young keeps the Panthers in the playoff picture with a strong performance in this one to snap the win streak for Tampa Bay. The Buccaneers still hold onto the division lead, but the Falcons and Panthers lurk close behind.
Score: Buccaneers 17, Panthers 27
WEEK 17: December 28, 2024 @ 1:00 p.m. ET – Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Miami Dolphins
An intrastate matchup rounds out the 2025 calendar year for the Bucs as they make the short trip to Hard Rock Stadium to take on the Dolphins. Miami's season is all but over, but they make sure to give Tampa Bay all they can handle before a Chase McLaughlin field goal puts the Buccaneers on top in overtime in a massive win for their playoff hopes.
Score: Buccaneers 24, Dolphins 21 (OT)
WEEK 18: January 4, 2025 @ TBD – Carolina Panthers vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
