The controversy starts here with Daniel Jones moving up the list to No. 8 in the top ten. However, it's hard to ignore what he's doing in Indianapolis. Jones is finally in a system that allows his skillset to show and not only is he flourishing, but he looks like an MVP candidate on the best team in the league.
The former Duke standout is taking care of the football, delivering when the team needs him the most and when he's asked to elevate his play slightly more than what he's typically asked of, he does it with ease. Jones is up to ten passing touchdowns and three interceptions on the season and he became the first player since 1950 to complete two-thirds of his passes, while throwing for 200 yards in each of his first seven games of the season. For that, he slides up the list.
