32. Carolina Panthers
To say the 2024 regular season started off as a disastrous for the Carolina Panthers would be an understatement. There was an expectation Bryce Young would take a step forward at quarterback under Dave Canales, but that didn't look the case early, and he was ultimately benched. Can this offense move forward under Andy Dalton?

1. San Francisco 49ers
Even with some question marks with injuries, the San Francisco 49ers remain a well oiled machine on offense. Brock Purdy has elite targets in Christian McCaffrey, Deebo Samuel, and George Kittle. It's no secret that this offense needs to get healthy before it can reach it's true potential.
2. Kansas City Chiefs
Even though we haven't necessarily seen the best of the Kansas City Chiefs offense in the regular season of late, the pieces are there for them to take another step forward in 2024. With Patrick Mahomes adding Xavier Worthy, the offense should score on more deep balls.
3. Detroit Lions
The Detroit Lions bully their way to success on offense and that shouldn't change in 2024. Jared Goff is coming off a strong year, while Amon-Ra St. Brown is one of the wideouts in the year. Factor in an emerging Jahmyr Gibbs, and you have the makings of a top offense.
4. Buffalo Bills
Even with some changes on offense for the Buffalo Bills, it's hard to look away from this group with Josh Allen under center. James Cook looks like a potential star running back, while the offense looked strong under offensive coordinator Joe Brady.
5. Philadelphia Eagles
Although the Philadelphia Eagles offense took a step back in 2023 toward the end of the year, big things are expected again in 2024. Kellen Moore should light a fire under their stars on offense, while the addition of Saquon Barkley really elevates the run game.
6. Houston Texans
C.J. Stroud blew up as a legitimate MVP candidate in his rookie season with the Houston Texans. Pair that with the addition of Stefon Diggs to a wide receiver core that already had Nico Collins and Tank Dell. The Texans offense has a chance to be really special again in 2024.
7. Dallas Cowboys
Even with the Dallas Cowboys inability to find playoff success, that shouldn't change how we view this great offense heading into 2024. Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb present one the NFL's top quarterback-wide receiver combinations.
8. Baltimore Ravens
With reigning MVP winner Lamar Jackson leading the way in Baltimore on offense, the Ravens offense should once again be strong in 2024. Can Derrick Henry add a missing layer to this group? Will Mark Andrews stay healthy alongside Zay Flowers?
9. Cincinnati Bengals
After an injury filled season for Joe Burrow, the Cincinnati Bengals star signal-caller is back in action heading into 2024. With Burrow, Tee Higgins, and Ja'Marr Chase, the Bengals offense should get back to humming.
10. Green Bay Packers
It's easy to get excited about the Green Bay Packers offense in 2024. Jordan Love signed a monster extension this offseason, while the team has continued to stockpile young wide receivers. If multiple wideouts can fully breakout, and Josh Jacobs continues doing what he does on the ground, the Packers offense could easily climb into the top 10. Love's injury complicates things, and it will ultimately depend how long he's out for with where this offense ends up.

11. New York Jets
The entire backbone of the New York Jets offense in 2024 will center around the return of Aaron Rodgers. If Rodgers plays at the level he's capable of, the Jets offense could thrive. Pair Rodgers with Breece Hall and Garrett Wilson, and you have the makings of something special here.
12. Minnesota Vikings
Sam Darnold has proven us wrong early and been a dynamic quarterback. With the top receiver in the NFL in Justin Jefferson, and a creative head coach in Kevin O'Connell. Let's see if the Vikings can continue exceeding expectations in 2024.
13. Miami Dolphins
The Miami Dolphins put together one of the most explosive offenses in the NFL last year. Not much has changed in that department heading into 2024. Head coach Mike McDaniel remains great at scheming, while Tyreek Hill and De'Von Achane are two of the fastest players in the sport. Until they get a quarterback, it's hard to rank Miami anywhere higher, even with a plethora of skill players.
14. Los Angeles Rams
It was a surprising year on offense for the Los Angeles Rams last year. In hindsight, it probably shouldn't have been. Sean McVay remains one of the games top offensive minds, while Puka Nacua and Kyren Williams broke out with Matthew Stafford leading the way.
15. Atlanta Falcons
With the Atlanta Falcons addressing their biggest need and signing quarterback Kirk Cousins in free agency, the outlook on their offense is much more bullish heading into 2024. Cousins is surrounded by plenty of playmakers, highlighted by Bijan Robinson, Drake London, and Kyle Pitts. Let's see how new offensive coordinator Zac Robinson integrates these pieces on offense.
16. Seattle Seahawks
The Seattle Seahawks have some nice pieces on offense, highlighted by DK Metcalf and Kenneth Walker III. Still, there are real question marks about the ceiling off this offense with quarterback Geno Smith leading the charge. Will that change with a new coaching staff moving forward in 2024?
17. New Orleans Saints
There are some pieces on the New Orleans Saints offense that can you make bullish on this group. Still, Derek Carr doesn't inspire much confidence at quarterback. Keep an eye on Chris Olave, who could really breakout this year in New Orleans under new offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak. If Carr struggles, don't be surprised if rookie Spencer Rattler gets the call after a strong preseason.
18. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers offense looked much stronger last season in spurts, largely because Baker Mayfield elevated his game and earned a big extension. If Mayfield can continue to give the Buccaneers solid quarterback play, this team has the weapons to be productive and put up points.
19. Arizona Cardinals
The Arizona Cardinals are one offense that we're bullish on to take a step forward in 2024. With a healthy Kyler Murray, a top draft pick in wideout Marvin Harrison Jr., and a breakout tight end in Trey McBride, you start to see the pieces coming together in Arizona.
20. Indianapolis Colts
We might be going out on a slight limb with this, but there are some exciting pieces on offense for the Indianapolis Colts. If Anthony Richardson and Jonathan Taylor can both stay healthy, the Colts offense could make a big leap forward in 2024.
21. Chicago Bears
We're going to get out ahead of this one and just be flat out bullish on the Chicago Bears offense in 2024. Caleb Williams has the upside of a star quarterback in this league, and the Bears trio of wide receivers is right up there with in football. DJ Moore, Keenan Allen, and Rome Odunze should make this offense much more dynamic this year.
22. Pittsburgh Steelers
It wasn't a strong preseason for the Pittsburgh Steelers on offense. Still, Pittsburgh scored at a high clip in August last year, and look where that got them. The Steelers are going to have an emphasis on the running the ball in 2024 under new offensive coordinator Arthur Smith. If the offensive line develops some chemistry, they could surprise.
23. Washington Commanders
Although the Washington Commanders couldn't quite keep up in Week 1, there were some promising signs that they got it right with rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels. If Daniels can be the face of this franchise, the Commanders have their building block on offense.
24. Los Angeles Chargers
Last year was essentially a write off for Justin Herbert and company with the Los Angeles Chargers. With new head coach Jim Harbaugh, the priority will be centered around running the football. Can the Chargers bully teams in the trenches to move the football? Some indications in preseason have started to demonstrate that might be possible.
25. Jacksonville Jaguars
It feels as though the Jacksonville Jaguars have largely been a disappointment as currently constructed. Trevor Lawrence needs to elevate his game if we're ever going to place the Jaguars higher than this on our list. There are some nice supporting pieces on offense for this group, but in order for them to take the next step, Lawrence needs to take charge.

26. Cleveland Browns
It's hard to forecast the Cleveland Browns in 2024 when we don't know what Deshaun Watson is. He's struggled to stay healthy, and has been inconsistent at best when on the field. Watson can raise Cleveland's placement on this list, but he can also drop it, too.
27. Las Vegas Raiders
If you're not familiar with the name Brock Bowers, you will be soon. The former star Georgia tight end is expected to be a big part of the Las Vegas Raiders on offense. Pair him with Davante Adams, and the Raiders are starting to boast some nice pieces moving forward.
28. Tennessee Titans
There are quietly some nice offensive pieces on the Tennessee Titans entering 2024. How this offense will come together will depend on what Will Levis can accomplish at quarterback. There's reason to like Levis and the package he presents, especially adding in an offensive mind in Brian Callahan as head coach. Signing Calvin Ridley and adding him to their group of wideouts won't hurt, either.
29. Denver Broncos
Before we can fully buy into what Sean Payton and Bo Nix are cooking up together on offense, we need to see it in action during the regular season. There's certainly some potential to be bullish about this group, but we don't want to overhype this unit before they even take the field together. Does Payton have his next franchise quarterback?
30. New England Patriots
Until Drake Maye lines up center for the New England Patriots, it's hard to get excited about the potential of this unit. We respect some of the weapons the Patriots have on offense, but they'll likely take some time to grow, which is what this year is all about in New England.
31. New York Giants
We've given him a long enough leash by now, Daniel Jones isn't the guy for the New York Giants. There are some pieces on offense that can make this bus move, but it's all moot if you don't have any sort of competent quarterback play.
