After a quiet Saturday, the NBA has a loaded 10-game slate on Sunday. Games start at 1 p.m. ET and go all day, featuring some pivotal matchups between the NBA’s top teams. We’ve got three picks lined up for a promising +658 parlay.
Top NBA Betting Picks: Sunday 3-Game Parlay
Memphis Grizzlies vs Cleveland Cavaliers
- Location: Rocket Arena (Cleveland, OH)
- Where to Watch: ESPN
- Time: 7:00 p.m. ET
- Spread: Cavaliers -6.5 | Total: 247.5
- Moneyline: Grizzlies +205/Cavaliers -250
Leg 1: Grizzlies +6.5 -110
Nobody has been able to slow down the Cleveland Cavaliers recently, but they may have finally found their match against the Memphis Grizzlies. The betting market has the Cavs installed as mid-range -6.5 favorites; however, we don’t see them putting that much distance between themselves and their guests on Sunday.
Cleveland’s offensive efficiency is through the roof recently. The Cavs are averaging 127.2 points per game across their six-game winning streak. Still, only one of those opponents ranks inside the top 10 in defensive efficiency and all but two of them sit in the bottom half of the rankings. Memphis is one of the premier defensive teams in the league and will mount a stern effort in Cleveland.
Further, Memphis is one of the few teams that can hang with the Cavaliers offensively. The Grizzlies are tied with the Cavs, averaging 122.8 points per game, albeit while preferring pace over three-point attempts. They’ve seen a slight dip in scoring recently but should rebound with a strong offensive showing at Rocket Arena.
Turnovers have been an issue for the Grizz this season. But if they can limit the number of giveaways, we like their chances of keeping things close, if not pulling off the unexpected upset, against the Cavaliers

Phoenix Suns vs Toronto Raptors
- Location: Scotiabank Arena (Toronto, ON)
- Where to Watch: SN
- Time: 6:00 p.m. ET
- Spread: Suns -2 | Total: 227
- Moneyline: Suns -130/Raptors +110
Leg 2: Raptors Moneyline +110
The Phoenix Suns wrap up a busy weekend, playing their third game in four nights against the Toronto Raptors. The Suns snapped a four-game losing streak last time out, but we’re predicting another loss in Toronto.
Phoenix barely escaped last night’s showdown versus the Chicago Bulls with the win. The Suns hung on 121-117 but failed to cover the -5.5 spread as road chalk. Ineffective offensive performances have been their undoing over thir recent stretch. Last night’s win was the first time the Suns have eclipsed 112 points since a February 7 tilt versus the Utah Jazz. With some of their top players likely on a limited workload, scoring issues will persist in Toronto.
Wins have been hard to come by for the Raps this season. Nevertheless, we’ve seen them hang tough against quality opponents more recently. The Raptors dropped a heartbreaking 120-111 overtime loss to the Miami Heat on Friday, while also staying close versus the Cavaliers in three of the four quarters. Over the final three stanzas, Toronto outscored the Cavs 91-90.
Incomplete efforts have been the Raptors’ undoing this season, but they should be able to put together a full 48-minute effort against a tired Suns team. In the end, we like Toronto’s chances of escaping Sunday’s clash with the victory as short home underdogs.

Detroit Pistons vs Atlanta Hawks
- Location: State Farm Arena (Atlanta, GA)
- Where to Watch: FDSSE, FDSDET
- Time: 6:00 p.m. ET
- Spread: Pistons -2.5 | Total: 239.5
- Moneyline: Pistons -148/Hawks +126
Leg 3: Pistons -2.5 -110
The Atlanta Hawks could be without their top scorer and floor general in Sunday’s battle versus the Detroit Pistons. Already without Jalen Johnson, Trae Young is listed as a game-time decision, as he continues to deal with an Achilles injury. But even if Trae Young suits up, we expect the Pistons to put some distance between themselves and the Hawks at State Farm Arena.
Atlanta has struggled since Johnson went down with a season-ending labrum injury. The once-mighty Hawks have dropped 11 of their last 15, with nine of those losses piling up after Johnson’s departure. With Young operating at less than 100%, if he suits up at all, the Hawks face an insurmountable deficit versus the Pistons.
Detroit has been heating up over its recent sample. The Pistons are riding a five-game winning streak into today’s Eastern Conference tilt. More impressively, they’ve covered the number in all but one of those contests, bumping their ATS record to 7-2 across their last nine outings.
The Hawks and Pistons are traveling in opposite directions. The Hawks have been flightless lately and could be in an even worse position without Trae Young in the lineup. We give a substantive edge to Detroit in this one, expecting them to walk away with an easy win.
