1) QB John Mateer, Washington State
John Mateer emerged as a star in his first season as the starting quarterback for the Washington Cougars. The Texas native finished the season with 29 touchdowns and seven interceptions. Mateer officially inserts his name into the mix while already receiving an expert prediction to land at Oklahoma.
2) QB Air Noland, Ohio State
Air Noland committed to Ohio State as one of the top quarterbacks in his draft class of 2024. Now, the talented left-hander hits the portal and will immediately become a prime candidate for top programs nationwide.
3) LB Nikhai Hill-Green, Colorado
Nikhai Hill-Green transferred to Colorado last offseason after an impressive year at Charlotte the season prior. However, the versatile linebacker followed it up with a career year with the Buffaloes, racking up 82 total tackles, four pass defenses, two interceptions, and two sacks this season. The All-Big 12 defender will be on the market with plenty of suitors for his services.

5) QB Beau Pribula, Penn State
Beau Pribula spent the last two seasons as the backup quarterback at Penn State where he showed flashes of his talent in limited snaps. He'll be an interesting name to monitor throughout this process.
6) WR Devonte Ross, Troy
Devonte Ross has spent three seasons at Troy, where he emerged as a big-time playmaker this season. The shifty wideout racked up 76 receptions for 1,043 yards and 11 touchdowns this year. At six-foot-two, the talented playmaker will have interest from many teams around the nation.
9) IOL Eugene Brooks, Oklahoma
Eugene Brooks committed to Oklahoma out of high school with high hopes for his ability on the offensive line. The big man was expected to be a force in the trenches as a four-star recruit.
