2025 NBA Playoffs: Thunder vs Timberwolves WCF Game 3 SGP

On Saturday night, the Oklahoma City Thunder hit the road for Game 3 to challenge the Minnesota Timberwolves. OKC heads into this battle holding a 2-0 lead as they look to close in on their first NBA Finals appearance since 2012. They’ll have to go through a Minnesota squad that, without a doubt, belongs in the Western Conference Finals. With the Timberwolves’ backs against the wall, expect Chris Finch’s squad to come out with confidence that they can even the series by protecting their home court. That said, a dogfight between two teams that understand the importance of this pivotal matchup will go down at Target Center.

Looking ahead to Saturday’s battle, here’s a look at a same game parlay that could place you on the winning side of this WCF showdown.

Thunder vs. Timberwolves SGP (+2006)

Please be aware that betting odds may change after the publication of this article.

Timberwolves ML +120

  • The Timberwolves enter this matchup understanding that another loss and a 3-0 deficit make it nearly impossible for them to turn things around and keep their season alive.
  • Minnesota holds a 4-1 record on its home floor throughout its postseason run.
  • Although OKC sports a 3-2 record on the road in these playoffs, they’ve shown signs of struggles along the way. Assuming the T-Wolves look to come out aggressive, they could find a weakness in the Thunder’s game against a hostile environment.

OKC Anthony Edwards 30+ Points +130

  • Anthony Edwards struggled in Game 1, but the star guard showed life in Game 2, finishing with 32 points while shooting 46.2% from the field.
  • The Georgia product is averaging 26.3 points per game throughout the postseason, but as one of the most electric scorers in the entire league, he can explode for 30+ points on any given night.
  • Edwards has recorded four games of 30+ points in the playoffs this year, three of which came in the last five games.

MIN Julius Randle to Score OVER 18.5 Points +102

  • In Game 1, Julius Randle was one of the lone bright spots for the Timberwolves, finishing with 28 points, while shooting 69.2% from the field and 83.3% from three.
  • In Thursday’s loss, the big man struggled immensely on offense, which lowered the odds for him to score over 19 points on Saturday, a bet with tremendous value.
  • Randle has scored 19+ points in nine out of the 12 games this postseason, putting up 22.8 points per game.
  • The Timberwolves forward has finished with 19+ points in four out of five games at home in the playoffs.

OKC Jalen Williams OVER 33.5 PTS + REB + AST +106

  • Jalen Williams struggled in the Thunder’s second-round series against the Denver Nuggets. However, the two-way talent understood he had to play better if OKC hoped to have a chance to contend for a championship. So far through this WCF, he’s done precisely that.
  • Williams is averaging 22.5 points, nine rebounds, and five assists in two games.
  • Coming off arguably his best showing of the playoffs, logging 26 points, 10 rebounds, and five assists, I expect Williams to remain aggressive in Game 3.
